Time to test out Blackboard 9

June 11, 2010

As previously reported here, we plan to upgrade to Blackboard version 9 this summer. In fact we’re aiming for the very latest release, version 9.1 In addition to the more attractive user interface offered by 9.0, this latest software update also brings a number of new features – wikis, for example, and better integration of the content collection and courses. We are also led to believe that Blackboard have ironed out the technical problems experienced by early adopters of version 9 last summer.

Staff can now log in to a test server to see how their courses look in Blackboard 9, and to test out the new features.
